To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will not accept returns that smell like smoke, perfume, we see pet hair/ any visible blemishes, or can tell that it has been worn. You’ll also need original proof of purchase, order number, or the email or name that was used to place the order.

Damages and Shipping Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 3 days after delivery date to be eligible for a refund so please examine your items as soon as your receive them! After 3 days you are eligible for a store credit but we must be notified about the issue NO LONGER THAN 10 DAYS. Please follow the care instructions for your items.
